Control over your mind
stuff
So yesterday i went to the library and got two books which i've been wanting to read since i graduated HS. anyhoo one of them was Tricks by Ellen Hopkins. I'm not finished yet, but i'm halfway through. Last night while i was reading, i got to a real sad/depressing part and it made me feel really sad. i didn't cry though. anyhoo i was kinda annoyed with the feeling. every one of her books are depressing. i mean every one. There was one that actually made me cry. anyways my point is that i might stop reading her books because they depress me every time a read a new one. i really don't want to be depressed because of a book. it's just infuriating that she is such a good author, and at least for me paints a vivid picture with her poems...

She is a wonderful author but youre right, all of her books are sad, but then again most of them are based on people she knew or real life situations so that just points the finger at life itself being sad.
