How Long?
How long will this last?
Keeping everything in the past.
Holding these negative emotions inward,
And in the process holding other emotions as well.
Shivering at every bell.
How long will it take
For this mask to completely break?
And everyone sees who I really am.
How inhuman I can be,
But this is not for everyone to see.
Only for me.
Only for me to really see,
To see the real side of me.
This side of me that has been locked away;
This side of me that is unable to say.
How long?
