Well, life has changed a whole lot since I made this account many moons ago. So I will kind of sum it all up in this entry. I'm still the computer geek I was before but with a whole lotta redneck thrown in. I moved from my moms to my dads and am now currently going to school for heavy equipment operations in Calais, Maine. Oh, what's that, you don't know where that is? Well that doesn't really surprise me. I could step across the border to Canada if I really wanted too, or swim, but it's kinda cold for that. Half the town is actually a wildlife refuge (The Moosehorn).

Got myself a truck. It was a hammy down from my dad. Little 94' 3.0L V6 Ford Ranger. She's got 105k on her. She's a tired and old truck, had a hard life but she's still runnin and gets me where I need to go. Just got a new radiator, heater core, and we replaced that cracked head it had.


Usually my day goes: Wake up at 4am, get dressed, pack lunch, drive to pit in time for 6am. Do prestart checks on equipment, start em, get em warmed up, fuel them if needed, load trucks then haul.

I find I'm usually in our old knuckle bustin grader (we call her Hunny) or in the Rig of Fear GMC Brigadier dump truck.


The Rig of Fear is old and has been beat on. It doesn't have a heater (boy doesn't that suck in cold weather) but no matter how cold it is it starts right up no problem. Unlike our shiny new Western Star, course that may be because the Star has a CAT engine in it and the Rig of Fear has a cummins.

That's pretty much life up until now.
