Even though I may be the Poke Of Happiness (and never doubt my title razz ), there are some times in this silly and obnoxiously bubbly life that I have serious contemplations. *suddenly decides to speak in the 3rd person* The Poke Of Happiness has a heart, indeed she does. 3nodding And her heart is in serious trouble - for there is fear inside. A lot of fear. The Poke Of Happiness, happy as she may be on the outside and spreading that happiness with her glory-filled poke, she is scared witless on the inside. She is afraid of what might happen, what will happen, afraid of what her heart is feeling, afraid that she is falling for someone she can't really have...falling for her best friend. This is very troubling for the Poke Of Happiness. But then there are others. But she finds her feelings for them are not as strong, not as strong as her feelings for her friend. She is scared for what this revelation might make of them, how it might affect their friendship. They are close, yes, but he is there and she is here...far away from him. How is it possible that she may feel like this when she hasn't even seen him since a break in academics? How can she feel like this when her only contact with him is through text? How??? Maybe because her feelings of the past have come back - those feelings that she has suppressed for the love of another friend and for the fear of what might become. Yes, the Poke Of Happiness, is a very scared little girl despite her brave facade. That is called acting, ladies and gentlemen, the Poke Of Happiness has had her hand in this act for a long time. So what is to become of this? Probably nothing...maybe...but the Poke Of Happiness still has the faint and silly hope that the Poke Of Doom will come across this and know the truth of what is happening. Then again, he may not want to know; he may be happy with just knowing what he does and not wanting to know the rest, to live in blissful ignorance...but the Poke Of Happiness feels that is not going to be the case. His curiosity will most likely win out. These are only silly hopes and terrible fears that have wrought the Poke Of Happiness's heart for these many weeks...what action will become of it? She doesn't know...and she's afraid to find out.......
