Ketzer, the Wild Heretic, is despised by the Gods. Which ones? Just name them and you're bound to hit more than miss. Why though? A normal human being can be hated or abhorred by a single God for any number of reasons, but what crime has he committed to have earned such disgust from deities and followers alike? His life. Ketzer is an odd, quirky individual with ups and downs that are only cured and stabilized by his greatest desire; danger. He lives to throw his life on the line and to roll the dice and play the hand he's delt (with a few careful modifications, of course.)

It all started harmless enough, really. A few crazy stunts here and there. The death-defying acts didn't begin or even become a show. They simply were moments where Ketzer was on the brink of death with the odds against him where he turned the tables and walked away alive (but perhaps not unscathed.) Bar fights, police chases, mob hits, and even the occasional attempt on his life by rowdy types were all carefully escaped or neutralized.

This is when things began to get ugly, however. It was one thing to have obstacles thrown at you and to overcome them, something which might show favor and delight to the deities, but it is an entirely different thing to seek them out and not only overcome but mock these moments.

Its hard to describe, over all, just how he managed to anger the Gods. The only thing to know is that, to put it simply, this human lives a charmed life with the overbearing curse of forever being a heretic, loathed enemy of the immortal.
