Our Descent to Earth
A long time ago,
Like arrow and bow,
We soared high then low,
As surely you must know,
Up then down must all things go,
For the Earth, all truly lust,
We were scattered apart,
Lost in the cloud of dust,
But she still has my Heart,
And I have hers.
Now we walk this land of skin and fur,
Dominated by man and mer.
I feel the pull of our love,
Guiding me to her,
Like a messenger dove.
I know where she is,
I know where she isnt,
All I want,
Is to get another kiss.
