Inside My Head
Probably going to say some things people will find offensive, but if I do, please don't send me angry mail and crap. I'd be more than happy to discuss any topic with anyone, just make sure you're discussing it because you think you have a valid point
Hey, I assume you've come here to hear my ramblings, and if not, the back button is right up there. I'm not ever going to bore you with any stupid details of my petty life, but if you plan on hearing my views on topics, some important, some not, then you've come to the right place!
think ill start things off with abortion. thats right, no little "********!" kind of s**t. just opening up, im for the right to an abortion, and notice i said right. personally, taking a life before it can start seems wrong to me, so i bet youre all like, "why the ******** are you for it, then?" im for it because who is anyone else to tell people what is right and wrong. being a christian, im suprised i actually see how much we can force our beliefs onto other people, and it kind of makes me sick. if someone thinks abortion is okay, and intends to get one, i may not agree with what they choose, but ill defend their right to do so to the death. thats right, i just modified a voltaire quote, what you wanna fight about it? i had you going! you totally thought i was going to kick your a**! but whatever.
im not going to waste my time making one-sided arguements about "how the baby wasnt actually born yet, so it isnt murder," or "its murder, which is clearly forbidden in the laws of our country," because both of those are almost completely irrelevant to the current topic. the definition of life should not be present in this arguement. are we going to take away someone's right because of what webster's dictionary says? letting them keep the right for the very reason would be just as wrong. when you come to think about it, and not just saying what you were taught to believe or were told to say, this is more of a "what do you value more, freedom or life?" and i believe, as americans, one of the founding principles of our country was to value the former. i dont know about anyone else, but i dont ever want to live in a country that forces you to believe something you dont, and making a law against abortion would be just that. i know lots of babies are getting killed, but i truly wouldnt ask them to be forced to live in a place where they cant believe what they want. instead of just running to uncle sam to make a law, try and get the mothers themselves to stop getting abortions. even if you only get one mother not to, itll be a choice made, not a law forced. the child would then be, for lack of a worse analogy, a spawn of freedom, not a spawn of monarchy. one baby living in freedom is worth more than a million babies living in shackles to me.
