Greetings fellow Gaians!!
This is my first journal entry and as I don't have a lot of time, it shall be short...ish.
In about...four minutes, my carpool should be picking me up for school. Joy. xp I loathe my carpool and I would much rather drive myself. The problem? I don't have my license. I should have gotten my license in August of last year, but alas, I have not. I'm too lazy, I suppose. But, I'll be going away to college next fall, so I have to get it sometime. It would help, of course, if the car I am intended to drive wasn't a mere two years younger than me and gradually falling apart piece by piece. Oy. But, anyway, I'll get it sometime. Like this summer. If I have time. I'll be spending five weeks at a college campus this summer doing what anyone in their right mind would never to during summer break: going to school. I've been accepted into the Governor's Scholar Program which is quite prestigious and will help me greatly as far as financial things for college go, but I really don't want to spend five weeks away from home during the summer. The upside? I get to go to Florida and the Bahamas for two weeks with one of my best friends and her family. I am completelyandtotallypsyched! to say the least. Oh look...my carpool's here. Lovely. I fear I must depart, fellow Gaians, until next time. Adieu, Adios, Goodbye, may the wind always blow gently in your sails...etc, etc.
