Durem PD: Detention Center
John D'Amico, yeah he was really a local crime boss. Apparently he rose up in the ranks on the underworld thanks to all the dark secrets he knew about other bosses and members of the Durem PD. He kept all information hidden and used to black mail others. No one dared to go against him out of fear to have their secrets divulged. From some old connections I knew he had some bounty on his head for getting killed, but without the knowledge of where he kept his information, no one could lay a finger on him until now. Since he didn't messed much with normal people, I didn't see him as a threat.
