Dear Gaia,
Today I start doing an online dump of my feelings.
I am a mother of two, and take care of my hubs. I suffer from depression, anxiety, and always tend to worry in social situations. I do my best for my kids to have a better childhood than I did, mine was rather broken, and my past had scuffs I managed to get by. I'm trying to manage my diet better, and ax the sodas.
I'll have a better journal entry the next time, to get an idea of my past and to where I am currently.
