I don't know how many months have passed since arriving here in Gaia, but it doesn't matter. My scientists claim they haven't given up on trying to find a way back, but I can see from their faces and how they carry themselves nowadays that that's not the case.
It matters not though, I've grown to call this place home away from home.

I've made many acquaintances and even a couple of genuine friends. One I've made recently, and I must say she is my closest one yet.

I've come to terms with my stranding on this world, so I might as well make the most use out of my stay. My hope for a return to the Versian Empire still remains, even though it's a little sliver. If that happens, I don't think I'll tell them about Gaia though. Not until I'm positive I'll be able to be stationed here.
