Hey Guys! After much consideration and self reflection I have come to the conclusion that I will not be returning to Sauce. The best course of action for me is to leave due to the negativity that has settled in the kitchen. The lack of tact and compassion for others outside of themselves has become almost suffocating. I also do not wish to be implicated in whatever else has been going behind the scenes because that seems like some real shady business brewing. Furthermore I have been absolutely disappointed in the lack of responsiveness to complaints about Jaime regarding touching cooks/servers without their consent. Regardless if they are male, you keep your hands to yourself and you never touch a coworker without consent first that is a basic and common sense rule. Another quality that has been majorly lacking and has been noticed by many staff. I had tried multiple times to open communication between the workers and management but was repeatedly shot down. The other issue I have is watching Chappy become overworked (this is my opinion one I never discussed with him) meanwhile he is battered down in the group chat when asking for help. If anything you guys are absolutely lucky he has not walked yet. Then cutting down Mack's hours and shifts based on nothing but a rumor was just down right disgusting behavior and nothing short of Childish Antics. At the end of the day you are toying with someone's source of income. Then, and most shockingly but also on brand, the last time someone reported to Jenn that Jamie inappropriately touched a server, no matter it was a male server, the response from Jenn was "He has the kind of personality that invites that" which is the absolute equivalence of "She asked for it." The continued mistreatment of those who are too afraid to speak up was enough to send me into a full blown panic attack on my last day of work. I do not want to work with you two specifically ever again. Good luck on your future endeavors and here's to hoping that your pasts do not catch up with you too quickly. Cheers, bitches yum_coldone
***It's almost criminal, and you would know best about that Jenn, right? After the multiple conversations we had I was able to glean a sliver of truth and that is that you are a great liar. Which lead me to find some interesting things about your past which made it all the more clearer why you were so about "Giving ourselves grace." Honey there isn't enough Grace in whatever god you believe in to forgive you for the crimes you committed. You stole, and you'll steal again if you have not already.
