Poem:
Teddy Bear
If you lived here,
Would you be my Teddy bear?
If you lived near,
Would you tell me that you care?
Even if sometimes I'm selfish, shallow or a jerk
Would you still hold me, even with that quirk?
Even if sometimes I don't deserve a friend,
Would you still be mine?
Would you cross an ocean, just to tell me it'll be fine?
If I came to you with my eyes streaming, hair greasy and spinach in my teeth,
Would you still wipe my cheeks, pat my head and tell me beauty lies beneath?
Even if I yelled at you and ran off in a huff,
Would you still let me cry on your shoulder and tell me you don't care about that stuff?
If I told you a deep dark secret, would you promise not to judge?
If I hugged you 'cause I'm sad, would you promise not to budge?
If I did something stupid, would you laugh with me and not at?
If my kitten ran away, would you promise NOT to bring me a new cat?
If you lived near,
Would you be my Teddy bear?

To tell you the honest-to-god truth, this poem was written for KoA_Tribunal just 'cause he's awesome; he's always so nice, always so patient with my trivial little problems and always so cool about everything. xD Even though he's NEVER on.... ninja
