So, two of the most wonderful choral songs out there are "Salvation is Created", or "Спасение создано" in its native language of Russian. (its pronounced spa-sye-ni sol-le-lal-ye i think... i dont remember, but we did it at IMEA) And "O Magnum Mysterium", which is latin for "O, Great Mystery" and it has a great christian message, but I dont remember the exact translation... but if anyone knows anything about latin it goes...
I know the syllables ... not the words... sorry if I split them wrong, or spelt them wrong... but I dont speak latin.
O Magnum Mysterium O Magnum Mysterium et admirabile sacramentum et admirabile et admiabile sacramentum O Magnum Mysterium O Magnum Mysterium ut animalia viderent dominum ut animalia viderent natum? jacentem en presepio Virgo cujus vicera me ru erunt be at ta virgo porta re dominum christum alelluia (in the bass part) O magnum mysterium (in SAT) et admirabile sacramentum ut animalia vi de rent dominum natum jachentem en presepio alelluia (repeatedly)
O great mystery and wonderful sacrement o great mystery (this is the part I dont know) I know its something about the animals that witnessed the birth of christ, and something else about the blessed virgin mary obviously, alelluia... an expression of happiness
