"So...do you understand the agreement?" Adin sat in a large leather chair of a board room. Her long locks of hair lay over her body as she leaned into the soft cushion. The fingers of her right hand, which was before her chest, rubbed over each other as she awaited the man's reply. A mischievous smile played over her full lips.
The man stood there for a moment with a shocked expression. Placing his hands onto the long oak table, he looks away from her. A look of regret in his eyes before closing them. He sighs with a faint nod of his head. "...yes...."
The smile widened on her face. "Good." Pushing herself forward, she stands out of the chair. Slowly Adin turns, her hair arced in the air before coming to rest against her back once more. "Now....set the plan into motion. We will be leaving Blue Haven at twenty four hundred hours sharp." She starts to walk towards the door leading out of the room. "Oh!! And Jordan?"
He looks up to her with sorrowful eyes. Adin narrows her eyes down at him with a serious look. "Don't disappoint me again." There was a threatening tone to her voice as she exited the room. Jordan lowered his head. Beads of sweat began to appear on his forehead. His hands clutched into fist as they shook.
