Heyy!
so, this post is about my paranoia. i know i'm not the world's most paranoid person, but i'm pretty paranoid/gullable if you know me.
here's a couple senarios that i deal with every day.
1. my house has a short hallway that leads to the bathroom. on the sides of the hallway there is my parents' room, mt dad's office room, and the entrance staircase. when ever i go in and out of the bath room(past 5:30pm), i have to pass my parents' room and my dad's office which is ALWAYS dark. i get so freaked that i run everytime.
2. there's this freaky Icarus statue that we got when my grandpa moved out of his apartment. the statue is of when Icarus flew too close to the sun so his wings are all melting. my parents desided to put it in the living room, right behind the little area that i use the laptop. so i always feel this chilling presence behind me, like Icarus is going to attack me sometime, and he's always watching me.
3. in the bathroom(the one at the hallway), there are two huge mirrors that take up the top half of two facing walls. i always get chills in there because i feel like there's someone behind me(my reflection). and, since the mirrors are facing eachother, they reflect what is on each other. so there are millions and millions of reflections. VERY SPOOKY
4. my room(it's more of a cubicle than a room) is in the attic. so i get scared when ever i have to go up there. i always make my dog go upstairs when i do. it takes away 20% of the fear.
5. i never sleep well if i'm not tucked in. i know i'm too old to be tucked in, but.....you get it right?
6. the back door of our house is always unlocked because we live in a two story house and the people who are currently renting the space have 3 kids that my brother and i babysit/play with(i only babysit with the 3 year old) but anyways, this door always opens by its self with the lightest force. it jams if a person tries to open it, but it always swings open when someone downstairs opens or closes their door.
