No one could understand, the story of his life,
The pain he’s had to deal with, must cut like a knife.
Living in the shadow, of his sister’s glory,
This, dear friend, is his great story.
The day he found you, he opened a door,
Finally I saw him, happy once more.
I don’t think I’ve ever, seen him this way,
His love for you is strong, that way it will stay.
He doesn’t seem ashamed, of the choices he’s made,
All the feelings of pain, will quickly fade.
People may say, it’s wrong for him to love you,
But he knows exactly, what he must do.
To be true to himself, you’ve shown him how,
To be proud to be him, the way he is now.
I don’t know how you do it, but I can simply say,
I can see that he loves you, each and every day.
This poem was written, so you would know,
Just how much, he loves you so.
I can see now, he’s no longer pretending,
Thank god for you, the happy ending.
