wow this is a doozy. But, eh, its ok i guess. I tried to go for some very cement imagry, but Im not too sure on how it came out...eh oh well, not a life changing action now is it?


The Raven on his winter perch,
signals in a new season,
The night, a frozen,
darkened hell.

Shrouded in darkness,
cant see as that raven calls,
calls on me,
to the path unstrayed.

Invisible death,
hovers close behind,
trasparent as the twisted ice,
putting a lifeless, roughshod noose to my neck.

Its commanding finger,
strokes itself along my knotted spine,
the tears freeze,
as they trickle to the snow.

Trapped,
in a blizzard of saddness,
freedomless, fearful, my soul,
frozen like the raven that called me here.

Nevermore to dream again,
Nevermore to love again,
Nevermore to feel again,
Evermore to mourn again.

The vengance of your raven,
of your scavanging spirit,
sent me to this place and,
awnser me why.

Love once new,
is love I once knew,
as this mental sepulcher,
grinds itself shut.

No escaping,
all that pain,
all that hating,
your raven.
