Have you ever wanted some thing badly enough to face your worst fear? Well, I have. I have an extreme fear of shots and I.V's. So much so, getting my blood draw I... well I am not going into that because those are not my proud moments.
Anyway, one day I got attacked by a door which sounds weird but it is true. A few months went by and my wrist started to get all squishy and I could barely play my violin. I went to many specialists and they all said,
"You need surgery. You have a ganglion cyst on your tendoin. It is a collection of fluid. Don't smack it with a bible. With surgery, it may come back. Take these drugs and don't opperate heavy machinery."
The drugs didn't even help the pain. It was unbearably excruitiating. With my fear of needles in mind, I didn't want the surgery because it would probably come back anyway.
The pain eventually went away. It came back about a year later but... I will get into that section later.
