The first morning ruin hit the trees and the roof of a hat on the Edge of the great forest of Tu, the only sounds that can be heard is the ruin and a word ‘Talock!’.
The War between the Clans has now been raging for a little over two millennia, the four oldest elvan clans have ruled over the land of Gertharn since the fall of the Old Kingdom. In the beginning the elves lived and worked side by side with the other Clans of Gertharn but as the ages passed the elvan lords became power hungry and the war began. Many of the other Clans were to suffer, this war was unlike any the lands of Gertharn had seen. It was not fought on any battlefield or arena seen before, but in a series of trials, The Games. In past years, no clan other then the elves had been allowed to take part of The Games, but times change and for the first time in over * millennia, The Games are now open to all the clans of Gertharn. So the coming of the 13th moon marks the beginning of The Games and now, only a few months away, many of the clans have left for the city of (need name), the Colosseum city, Home of The Games. For the first time in over * millennia with all the clans of Gertharn coming to The Games to compete for the lands and powers. One such clan is that of the small island of Tu in northern Gertharn, The Insur. Unlike many of the clans of Gertharn Clan Insur has a mix culture from many races and to most of the clans this is seen as weakness and dishurble, but the Insur never really cared for the main lands war, Tu had been forgotten by the main land tell a stranger came to the shores of Tu.
The morning ruin hit the hut’s roof staring the half asleep inhabdent
‘Talock wake up you lazy boy.’ yells a woman, ‘I’m up, I’m up ok.’ Said the young man pulling himself out of bed only to find his mother standing there,
‘ I’ve been trying to wake you. ’ She said taping her foot, ‘ yeah sorry about that late night’ he replied, ‘so what were you and Ryxion doing up to so late?’ she said like a drill, she turned and walks over to the window,
He laughed ‘nothing we were just training with….’ He replied and stoped quickly, she stop dead in her tracks and turned to look at him ‘ whom were you training with? it better not have been that man again?’ She said with a look that would melt stone,
‘That man is my father you know, let alone your life partner.’ he said with a smile, Talock had never really understood his mother and his father for that matter they all ways seem to disagree about Talock’s training his father was once a great champien of The Game but wen ever Talock ask him about it he tells him to stop looking in to things that don’t matter and his mother as far as he knows has been a simple farm girl her hole life, but wen ever his father would start training him and she would find out there would be a disagreement and that’s it his father would cave and the training stoped only to start again a day later, Talock was not only a Half-Elf but his Farther (need name) was one of the few Elves of the clan, (farther name) as not like the other elves though he had Dark hair and was taller then most others the thing that stood out most of all was his understanding of not only the elemental magic like all elves but also the Wiccan magic’s he was the only elf in Tu that used And understood the natural magic’s. Even with these little things his life in Tu had all ways been good. Talock had never really felt different even being only one of two Half-Elves on Tu, the other was Talock’s best friend and biggest rival Ryxion. Half-Breads were not unheard of but they were rare and seen as heresy by many of the other clans.
‘Yes yes I know that but I’ve told you and him that I don’t what you to train’ she said strongly ‘well not till you’re older.’ She said as she walked out of the room, Talock got up and walks out after her ‘ yeah I know but I love it, it come so natural the powers I can call….’ His mothers turned to him and stops him ‘look lets not talk about it I will be talking to your father later but for now we are running late for the clan meeting, so you head off while I get ready ok, your father well meet you there.’ She said as she rushed him out of the house. ‘But…’ Talock began but was to late he was already out side standing in the ruin, his mother looked at him ‘ oh don’t just stand there you silly boy hurry and no your stuff is not in side I put it out with your father’s were its meant to be, now get going’ she said as she lent out the door to give him a kiss on the chick and then closed the door wen she went back in. The ruin had always had a claming effect for Talock, but standing in it in what he sleeps in was just wired he run over to the family’s thingy hut to grab his stuff, the thingy hut as Talock called it was a second hut his farther had build to keep they things in tools, farm equipment, things you name it the hut had it will Talock used to think so as a kid but as he has gotten old he doesn’t think so any more. after grabbing his leather armour and his family sword(The something) he set off to the clan meeting place he always love the walk though the forest wile it rained, wen he was almost there he stoped some thing didn't feel right to him the energy in the air it felt different to normal it felt as if he was not the only one there and that the other had its eyes on him, his hand fall to his side ready to drew (the swords name), though it was raining Talock being a half-elf had keen sight in or out of the rain. Talock thought to him self " Now what every maybe watching me is very good at the hunt or IT KNOWS ME BILND SP..., Before he finished that thought he trued to see a figer standing behind him, before he could act he was kicked to the ground in one swift movement , the figer stood over over him laughing as Talock looked up from is back in the mad he realised was just happen, 'RYXION!!' Yelled Talock.
