Chapter 2
As Shaikou closed the door, she found herself on the underground streets of Prestido. You see, Prestido is built like an ant hill, because the Uborian elves enemies, the Dark Elves, didn't have the technology to sneak attack underground, so they'd have to go threw the main entrance, which was heavily guarded. Shaikou walked along the tunnels, looking at all the workers repair them, and dig new tunnels. The Prestido Empire was growing every year. Shaikou finally got to the Skill School hollow for girls at age 14. They seperated the students by age and gender, for guys learned differant skills then girls, and different ages learned different levels of skills.
As she reached the hollow, she saw her 3 friends Resa, Despina, and Libella. It was all their first years as well. As she sat down next to them, Libella said, "Are you okay, Shaikou? You look terrible." Shaikou looked at her teasingly. "Thanks," she said sarcastically. But before Libella could apologize, a young woman that looked about 31 entered the room. "Hello, girls. I'm going to be your skills teacher for the next 6 months, Mrs. Roanoke." Skills school went for 6 strait months, with their only break being on Sundays, then the other 6 months were free except for a bunch of homework to get them ready for the next 6 months.
"This month we will be working on our cooking skills, for we are expected to make everyone lunch for these 6 months. I hope you all took pre-skill school so we have no clueless brainers in here." Lots of heads nodded, but Resa's wasn't, for her family couldn't afford pre-skill school for her. "I'm lucky they can afford this," she had once told Shaikou. Mrs. Roanoke was looking a bit hard at Resa. "Well, I hope you're a quick learner, then," she said a bit coldly, but then went on light-heartedly, "So, today we're going to make an easy casserole filled with blackberries, rabbit meat, and garlic." There were a lot of discusted faces, but no one argued. "Okay, you will find your ingrediants up here, so now we will begin!"

At noon, the guys came in to eat their lunch. The lunch would be graded by a guy rating it, then Mrs. Roanoke would rate it. Omig, Shaikou's boyfriend, came to test her's. He smiled at her, then took a piece, then a bite. He smiled again, then went to the rating papers. As Mrs. Roanoke tested hers, her face was as strait as a line, and Shaikou couldn't tell if she liked it or not. Finally, the girls were dismissed to go eat their food. Despina, Libella, and Resa came over to eat with her, while Omig and his pals, Quito, Delange` and Cnurfe` came to sit down too. Quito was with Resa, and the twins Delange` and Cnurfe` were with Despina and Libella. They were all eating and talking when a rumble shook the hollow. Suddenly, something came digging through the wall. When the dust had cleared, they all realized it was a giant Florca, a relative of our mole, but 10x bigger. On them were Dark Elves. Oh no, thought Shaikou, they have digging technology! Suddenly, the war alarm went off, and next to her, Shaikou heard Omig say, "Damn it, this isn't good!"
