Why did you hurt me so?
Was it something i did?
Was it something i said?

You were never there for my birthdays
You were never there for my graduations
you were never there to see my first steps
You were never there to hear my first words

Wait.

I learned the truth
Of what you really are.
You tried to kill me.
I was only in my mothers womb.
You never wanted me.
You tried to hurt us.

But wait.

My mother was strong.
She protected us from you
She saved me.

I hate when people say i have your eyes.
These Green/brown eyes.
They say that youre a great guy

They dont know the truth.

If i could see you face to face i would say:

My mother protected us
We are free.
We are safe.
We are alive.
You have no power over us!
