Here's the start of a short story from the archives of Wirf. It tells the tale of how Triest got his sword, his battle with Whowhomniree the Stone Bird, and his entry of the Castle in the Lake. To everyone that doesn't know about Wirf, either ask me in person or read on here or on fanfiction (I guess I'll enter this in by chapters)
Well, here it is...it isnt long at all right now, but I only just started like five minutes ago.

Triest Folger was asleep when the message came to him. Lying face up, hands peacefully at his side. Nothing had gone abnormally in the past day. Yet the dream was meant to be at that time, for this person.
Triest Folger was a native of the Wind country of Wirf. Long ago, this world had been created and divided into four countries by two gigantic walls. The Northeast side was the Wind Country. Many dozens of years ago the gods of Wirf had been enraged by the sin of a simple drifter- the murder of one of their own. The drifter, named Rortis, had belonged to the Wind country.
As a punishment, the gods tore the country up from the ground, floating it up to the sky. But Rortis, finally realizing what he had done, quickly took up the task of arousing a group of locals to bind large chains from the country to the dividing walls. But to acquire the strength to succeed in such a strength-requiring task, he sacrificed his life. So now, the Wind Country was suspended thousands of feet in the air by chains, being torn apart little by little day by day. Soon, the country would need more chains to hold down the islands that for sure would be forming soon.
The Northwest side was the Ice country. His was a long, wide desert of pure ice, snow, and glaciers that resembled mountains. Nomadic villages were scattered here and there, along the edges close to the wall. Further on, in the upper-right hand corner much more villages were grouped in.
Below the Ice country was the Rock country, the southwest side of Wirf. It was by far the hardest to traverse of all the countries, and had large mountains spouting up everywhere.
