Misc: Keliah was raised by wook elves then upon her 13th birthday she was banned because bad luck was brought upon that day. She wears a necklace that is half sun and half moon that she wears all the time and when in danger it glows.
History: Keliah was two and a half years old when she was abandoned. She grew up for two years running. When she turned four she found herself a friend. He was 17. He took her in and named her Keliah. She was raised as his daughter but on her thirteenth birthday he died of an unknown cause. They didn't know how so they blamed it on Keliah and now she runs again trying to show the world she is good. She wears a cloak that hides her body and keeps her hood on hiding her face in shadows. Upon her 16th birthday she gained the name 'Mask' because she always hid and when her hood came off she wore and white mask.
Personality: Keliah is very quiet. She uses Telekenisis to talk to people. When angered she can cause destruction and hates to but cannot control herself at all. She is sweet when you get to know her and you stick to her.
