The longer I go... the more bothered I get about this whole business.
Mostly I blame Alex and his social status. Having missed two strait sessions with reasonable notice. He's kinda under the gun to make the next friday session.
Not that he's been unreasonable. He's never just 'not showed up.' He just misses them with frequecy enough. Even though he always gives me an hours warning at least, I can't have players missing too many sessions in a row. (he's 1 for 3 in terms of actual attended sessions.)
If he has other, more pressing matters in his life, that's fine. He just needs to know I won't always have a place for him if he can't commit at least half the time. (or more preferably.)
So that's the rant. People who miss too much spirit Wars become Arracar meatballs. (really)

if not, make him an npc or something... and he'll turn into an arrancar later... ((he'll want his character back by then.))
