i feel like a total failure: like what my msn nick says.
ran like 10km today and i seriously slacked.
i did it in like 1hrs 02 mins.
i know myself.
i did not push.
its just sth wrong with my mental.
plus of cause its somehow due to my complacency.
i SJP on the 20th round onwards. (running on the sch track <400m per round btw)
after reaching home. i realised there's a super big blister on my foot..
zZZzz haiz.
i can do better than this.
gotta touch homework..
