	Today had our ODAC CCA orientation. its aimed to attract the adventurous spirits into ODAC. to have fun to get dirty! and have a rough idea of what ODAC is about. think i lost my torch in the drain. got so muddy that i think i'm getting rashes now. i was so slpy that i had a aft noon from 1745 to 1215 now tt i have woken up..i still feel tired.. zzZZz

	i feel like a total failure: like what my msn nick says. ran like 10km today and i seriously slacked. i did it in like 1hrs 02 mins. i know myself. i did not push. its just sth wrong with my mental. plus of cause its somehow due to my complacency. i SJP on the 20th round onwards. (running on the sch track <400m per round btw) after reaching home. i realised there's a super big blister on my foot.. zZZzz haiz. i can do better than this. gotta touch homework.. smile for ME

	tts one unique visualisation at winamp i discovered.. very interesting. i'm suffering from insfficient song syndrome.. barely surviving with 2 of my fav song.. well yeh. and sry journal, and my friends, i'm recently quite occupied with sch work to update you all. Good luck to me =) Nevertheless, i'll still visit gaia once in a while to check out on going events.. :smiles:
