I am color blind.
Coffee black and egg white.

I linger in the doorway,
Of alarm clock screaming,
Monsters calling my name.
Let me stay,
Where the wind will whisper to me,
Where the rain drops as they're falling tell a story.

Don't say I'm out of touch,
With this rampant chaos,
Your reality.
I know well what lies beyond my sleeping refuge,
The night mare I built my own world to escape.

I'm sorry, I guess I just don't care anymore. Caring is a waste of time; nobody cares to care back. I don't think I've ever heard my friends say they want me to be okay. I'm just a domesticated dog on a leash, with no real feelings, just being strung along.

Call you up in the middle of the night.
Like a firefly without a light.

So tired that I couldn't even sleep,
So many secrets I can't keep.
I promised myself I wouldn't weep...
One more promise I can't keep!
It seems no one can help me now,
I'm in too deep,
There's no way out.
This time I have really led myself astray.

Can you help me remember how to smile?
Can you make it all seem worthwhile?

And everything seems cut and dry.
Day and night,
Earth and Sky.
Somehow I just don't believe it...

Runaway train never going back.
Wrong way on a one way track.
Seems like I should be getting somewhere,
Somehow I'm niether here nor there.

It's just easier then dealing with the pain!

I'm drowning deep in this sea of dispair,
And no one seems to care!
I wish someone would find me,
Reach out to me, and save me from the nothing I've become,
So I can save them!

Some times I wish someone would find me,
Till then I walk alone.

You don't need to bother,
I don't need to be.
I'll keep sliping farther.
But once I hold on,
I'll never live down my deciet.
