Aww my Bird is soo cute! I love him so much! I think he is ill or something though He got his foot trapped and it bled a little, but ust a second ago I had him out and he fell asleep on our NTL internet box bless him!

Yes, his neck have no feathers on because we fount him on a field, and when birds get scared or nervous they peck there feathers off.
