Ugh work was terrible today. I am so annoyed.

We were super busy and I was helping a lot of people and didn't necessarily get a chance to ring up all of my sales. Half-way through the day day I noticed that someone had been stealing my sales, because three hours into work I checked my sales after personally ringing up two sales that totaled over $200 and the computer said I had only sold $350 worth of shoes?! Yeah no I know I helped out stuff for more than that. A few of the other people I work with noticed it too so we checked everyone's sales for the day and figured out that someone in fact was stealing our sales. A newish employee (she has been working here less than a month) person's was supposedly doing tremendous. After only averaging only around $600 worth of sales on a normal basis, by the time she left today she had "sold" $1,700 worth of shoes. Yeah... No

We can't prove that she did it, but we are all sure it was her. She has told us all that she has been tight for money recently and today is the last day that factors into the paychecks we will be getting on Friday. One of the girls I work with caught her in the process of trying to steal her sale once, but we can't use that one time to prove that she stole a lot of sales today.

Previously I wouldn't care if someone messed up and put a sale of mine under their number every now and then; however, now that I have to cut my hours down all the commission I can manage to make means a lot and with her it isn't every now and then on accident it's on purpose. I don't understand that it's just rude. Gah.
