Well, Im back again. One of those boring nights. Nowhere to go. Nothing to do. Vagabondage. Regardless, I feel like checking back in on my gaia journal.

Turns out Im getting promoted sooner than I initially thought. April 20th. Itll be nice to finally have some stripes on my arm. Ive been slick-sleeved since Ive been here, so itll be good to finally get some rank. I wont be a very low peon very long. Id like to think of it as an upper-class peon. ^^;

Looks like Ill be heading to North Dakota in June, as well. I got the final word on that last... thursday? Ive heard theres a lot of snow and wind, but it doesnt bother me too much. I dont mind the cold. Im actually looking forward to it.

My wife will be coming to visit next week. Im extremely excited about it. I havent seen her in over two months now. I talk to her all the time, but it just isnt the same. I need to fall asleep with her in my arms again. Just so long as I do well on my next eval, Ill be able to. But I dont think Ill have a problem getting that taken care of. Only another week... but its gonna feel like a long week. Well, I cant complain, just so long as I can see her again.
