School is almost over
I'm counting the days
28 more
that's all I care to stay
and more or less
wish the weeks
would quicker fade away
into weekends and to vacation
and to something different and new
I'm tired of the same old seat
and tired of the food
some of it is burnt and some of it good
I'm tired of the text book
that gets heavier every day
I'm tired of the disgusting gum
that never goes away
but most of all
i'm tired of doing the same thing
over and over
Though it is a good place
I must admit
