Why? Why do we ask questions? Why do we argue? Why do we do the things we do?
People are always asking 'Why this?' 'Why that?'. The truth is that we only know the things we do because we asked 'Why?'. We asked 'Why is the sky blue?' or 'Why is the sidewalk hot on a sunny day?'. Eventually we found answers, but there is plenty of more 'Why?' out there. Eventually we'll ask.
What? What does what mean? What is the point of saying what?
What is just like why, but somewhat different. 'What is the point of saying what?'. We say 'What does that mean' because we want to know. We said things like 'What's on the other side of the moon? or 'What's at the bottom of the ocean?'. It was these questions that gave us our motivation. Without questions we would know nothing.
