Dead inside

Such pretty eyes,
So dead inside,
Her world's destroyed in one seconds time.

That call on the phone,
The only hope she'd ever known,
Gone, he had left her all alone.

She wept so long,
Everything she'd know was now gone,
She could never move on,

That feeling she felt when she knew that he had died,
Killing her over and over inside,
Suicide dreamt,

Pasts lost,
A future doomed from that very spot.

The despair felt,
The emptiness inside,
Filled up with the lies and tales of the love now lost.

The lies,
And secrets he kept followed him,
Even till the very end.
