Last week was...weird. My ex-uncle (through marriage) died. I never met him, so I wasnt really sad. What actually got me down was that my cousin (his son) was sad. I mean, seeing him like that just burnt me down.
Let me explain,
My grandma (my dad's side) married Ed. They had 6 kids.
One of those kids, was my aunt Lisa. Lisa got married to the guy that died recently, had my cousin John, then they divorced, she remarried and with her new husband had Cait.
So that's why I never met the guy. So I was invited to his wake and his funeral. So This was my first "open-casket" wake. FREAKY! eek
It looked like... a doll. Like, he had no dimples. You know how dolls dont have wrinkles? It just looked like....lifeless but colored. They must've put a lot of like, cover up or something on him. He looked kind of like he was sleeping. It was kind of funny, my cousin Lexi started crying out of shock because it was her first wake too.
It was just weird. Then my cousin, who is in the band "The Tough Shits" (...no I'm not kidding.. xd ) started crying. I had never seen him cry. It's kind of like, he's tough. You know he is. And when someone that tough starts breaking down, it's like you're expecting too because you're not as tough as he is, and he's crying. Where does that lead you?
The next day was the funeral (I got out of school 2 periods early, but Lexi didnt go because she had a football game and she's in band.) so I knew since Lexi wasnt there for me to hang out with, it'd be really....weird. So I got through it.

I'm hanging out with my friends<333. My two friends Abby and Melissa that live here in PA, while I moved to FL. My dad and mom are here in PA too. Mom has a job here but wants to get a new one in FL, and my dad is selling the houses we were previously living in while I stay with my aunts and cousins.
These are the bestest friends ever. biggrin
So I slept over 2 nights ago and it was amazingggg! We all play conquer and we were chillin on there, then we were catching up, I borrowed Love Complex from her (WHICH IS AMAZING, BTW! heart ) and our friend Mike got into college so we're like "WOO-HOO!"
We went to celebrate at Uno's and we got him gifts. We got him one of those magnetic ribbon things for his car that says "I SUPPORT ROAD HEAD" ^____^;;;
and a magnet that says "Let's play carpenter, first we get hammered and then I nail ya!" (he's a carpenter.) .............his girlfriend wasnt really happy with us sweatdrop ..but oh well ^_^;; xD
So we gave him gifts like that and then we just hung out. Like old times. We told Mike we were going to say it was my birthday to get a free dessert 4laugh hehee.. and when he went to the bathroom we were like "it's his birthday, can you guys like sing? and we'd like this huge dessert please! biggrin " rofl. It was sooo much fun. So then they came and sang to him and he was like " stare I hate you all..." xD
And then we ate like pigs...glutonous pigs....(hehe) and hung out more. So much fun. Today Melissa, Abby, and I are going to go and get "Rock Band" and rock out at Melissa's house. Then tomorrow, my mom is taking me to work with her. She's an English teacher (....she gives me reading assignments over the summer.....and she corrects my spelling and grammar on myspace..i'm not kidding...but I love her and English is my best subject so it's okay ^_^) and she wants me to show her kids www.freerice.com. It's super amazingness ^_^. Check it out.
But yeah so I'll be catching up with my old middle school teachers. That's gonna be so much fun xD
