Past, Present And Future - - - ))___ || Not much is known about Noctis except that he is not supposed to be in Spira. He is a prince next in line to the throne in his own world and is said to be a tragic hero.||
Specialties - - - ))___ || A swordsman, Noctis wields one sword but has the ability to call on others which he may use for attacking or defending. A replica of Xaldin's lance formtion, the swords encircle him and are fast enough to repel bullets from multiple opponents. Agility is another gift he seems to possess as he can evade attacks with relative easy. Added to his acrobatic skill, Noctis is able to pull off high flying attacks that seem to defy physics. He is also capable of teleporting over short distances to chain attacks together, though this drains his mana pool faster than more common magical abilities. Besides the astonishing number of swords at his call, the prince also carries quite a few projectile weapons with him ranging from pistols to sawed offs. Altogether Noctis is a force to be reckoned with.|| He doesn't carry or sheath his swords or holster his guns, they're simply with him. He seemingly wills them into materialization in an instant, dozens of them, rapidly. The amount of weapon switching seen is simply mind boggling. || Though he dislikes fighting he is seemingly emotionless but incredibly brutal. Breaking necks, gory impalings, Noctis spares no effort in battle. ||

Past, Present And Future - - - ))___ Cloud was born in the sleepy mountain village of Nibelheim, along with Tifa Lockhart. He grew up isolated from the rest of the village children, feeling himself somehow better than them, though it is implied that he longed for the friendship of the others. However, when Cloud was 9, Tifa and the others attempted to climb Mt. Nibel, Cloud followed them, Tifa fell from a bridge and her father blamed Cloud. He resolved to join Shin-Ra's elite SOLDIER force, feeling that he was "not good enough" for Tifa, whom he had admired from afar, and to prove to others (and most of all to himself) that he could be as strong as the legendary Sephiroth. At this point he made a promise to Tifa, vowing that he'd protect her when she's in need.
However, he was unable to make it into SOLDIER and became an ordinary Shin-Ra guard. In this role he meets a first-class SOLDIER named Zack Fair in Modeoheim, and the two become friends after learning they are both 'backwater experts'. He later returns to Nibelheim, along with Zack and a famed SOLDIER Sephiroth to investigate a damaged reactor in Mt. Nibel and Tifa was to act as their guide. Ashamed of his failure, he kept his identity from the townspeople. When they reached the reactor, Sephiroth discovered Professor Hojo's failed experiments with mako soldiers and what he mistakenly assumed to be his mother, Jenova.
Cloud failed to get into SOLDIER, and became an ordinary Shin- Ra guard. During this, he meets Zack Fair, and they become friends. Cloud and co. return to his hometown, to check out an damaged reactor in Mt. Nibel, and Tifa guides them. However, Sephiroth had believed Jenova was his mother, and turned to attack Tifa and Zack. Cloud, out of anger, stabs Sephiroth and his body falls into the Lifestream, to emerge years later.
After Cloud and Zack were captured by Dr. Hojo, four years later Zack broke out of his confinement and helped a comatose Cloud escape, giving him a SOLDIER uniform that was in Shin-Ra manor to wear. Due to the experiment Cloud was in a weak and delirious state as he had reacted more strongly to the experiments than Zack did. However Zack talks continuously to the unresponsive Cloud about his life and his plans for both of them to become mercenaries in Midgar. When they finally arrive outside of Midgar, the Shin-Ra army forces that have been searching for them finally caught up. Zack fights back to defend both Cloud and himself against overwhelming numbers. In the end, after single-handedly and heroically massacring the majority of the hundreds of Shin-Ra soldiers present, Zack is killed by the last few remaining soldiers and Cloud is left for dead after being seen in his vegetative state. However, having witnessed the whole chaos, Cloud manages to crawl over to where Zack layed. In his last few seconds, a blood-soaked Zack entrusts the Buster Sword to Cloud, and tells him that his legacy will live on inside Cloud, before finally passing away. After some time Cloud, deeply distressed, scrambles to his feet, Buster Sword in hand, and begins trudging off towards Midgar. His final words to Zack were, "Good-night, Zack".
Specialties - - - ))___ Cloud is generally seen as an swordsman, he wields an sword, but throughout FFVII, it seemed as if he used wide swings and generally winging it. But, Cloud is an swordsman.

Past, Present And Future - - - ))___ The Wutainese Princess. Yuffie, a ninja set out from her home, which had become nothing but a cheesy resort after losing the war to shinra to find some way to restore her home town to its former greatness. Meeting Cloud and co. outside of the mythril mines, she was subsequently defeated (in an unfair fight!!) and chose to join them after seeing their power. Of course, her eyes were mostly on their materia.
After meeting the captain, Cid, Yuffie returned to Wutai, managing to steal the parties materia and almost got away with it. Captured by Don Corneo but saved soon after by Cloud, she returned the materia grudgingly and rejoined them. Growing stronger, she eventually bested the five masters of the Wutai Pagoda, the best being her father thus proving herself as quite the capable ninja. After reconciling with him, he urged Yuffie to continue on with Cloud and the others and find a way to get their materia once they were done with it.
Eventually getting caught up in all the hero business, she helped them defeat Sephiroth and evacuated Midgar. During the plague of Geostigma she was also found to be helping to locate the missing children after the three remanants kidnapped them. Returning to the group in time to combat Bahamut SIN, Yuffie reclaimed the materia that had been stolen by the three brothers and was there to witness Cloud's defeat of Sephiroth.
After that, the ninja, now eighteen, joined up with Reeve's WRO project in order to help restore the planet. Along the way though she got caught up in Deepground's plot, aiding Vincent time and time again, even managing to save his life from the grip of Rosso the Crimson.
Specialties - - - ))___ An extremely capable ninja, Yuffie utilizes flashy tactics in order to befuddle and ultimately defeat her opponents. Quite powerful too, she utilizes giant shurikens as her weapon of choice and is fluent in both ranged and melee combat. As well as her own power, she can always be found with quite a bit of materia to rely on in a cinch. Obviously her specialty lies in thievery.
