And that's it for me
Well, it's been a good run, but I think I've finished with online Rp's. It's a pretty major decision, but it's one that I feel has actually been sometime in the making.

Why walk away now, all of no one may wonder? Well, the way I see it Gaia has been severely limiting to my experience in the online Rp world. Other than Warring, and the old Masters, I feel like all I've had to work with thus far are a couple of noobs and two people that I remember from long ago. The current Star City is dead, Renewed Chaos is dead. The new Masters, no offense to Heather and Issa, is really not going anywhere at all. I do not have the patience or the will to go out on this site and recruit more people because frankly there's no guarantee that they will A.) take the Rp as seriously as I do, and B.) even stick around longer than a month. The second has been a recurring theme that has pissed me off since day one and unfortunately I see no way around it either.

So, as a farewell gift, I will reveal something that I feel should be given back to the founding members of the history contained herein. This is the URL to our roots, to our history. If you ever wondered what became of the old Masters, if you thought it was dead and gone, you were wrong. It's here at:

The original Masters of the Sword

I ask only that you not change what has been written. It's been preserved by myself, along with Warring. I hoped to preserve the other two Rp's, but since I've had no outside help and because it's a back breaking task to convert all the ******** text into a readable format, I doubt that I will do so at any real point in time. I may consent to send out the text readout of Warring, I may not. It seems like no one really cares too much about the project, and as a result I sort of feel like it is more my own at this point. Sure other people could do what I've done, but then too, they could have offered there help and substantially faster internet connections as well. No dice there. Anyways, enjoy reading history, and for those of you that still care about this little place called Gaia, enjoy what you may find. For me though, I'm turning my attention to better things. Perhaps one day you can go out and find my stories in your local bookstore, and maybe, just maybe, you'll also find our history there too. I think it would make a great tale for others to enjoy. Thanks for the good times, Jesse, Heather, Issa, Nate, Kotou, Phoenix, and yes, even Nikki.
