Bio: When the scientists got a hold of him when he was less than three years old, they saw that his muscular structure was more advanced, but only they could see it. They manipulated his DNA so he could be even stronger, faster, and sharper minded. They watched him grow up, never letting him out into the world, but educating him about what it is like on the outside. He has read many books on how to fight with a sword, and the other scientists decided that it may be a good idea for him to learn how to fight, and gave him his own weapon.
Personality: He seems to be in his own world if left alone, and when he is with other people he will just sit and observe if not spoken to. He is constantly thinking about anything he can and sometimes will appear to zone out, when he is actually thinking about three or more topics at once.
Powers: His body can increase the amount of static electricity it creates almost to the point of generating a lightning bolt. He can aim and control most electricity this way, but not completely if he didn't make it, though he is getting better. His other power, which is more passive, is his body has been redesigned to perform at a higher level than almost any other human. His strength, speed, reaction time, and healing ability are far above that of any living human.

Other: He wears his cloak to hide all of the tattoos that he has acquired. For instance, he has a bar code on the back of his neck. He also has other markings on his body from where his power has "scarred" him, and left a black tribal-like tattoo.
