The young girl scrambled across the rubble that was her home. tears ran down her cheeks only to land in the bloodstained dirt. She moved with the speed of a panic stricken rabbit going nowhere in particular. She tripped landed on something soft. She did not look. She allready knew what it was....It was a body. She closed her eyes and scurried through the door way. Finding her way to the kitchen. Another body lay on the floor. It was an old woman. Blood covered the womans apron and bullet holes filled her chest. Her wrinkled face frozen, twisted in terror. The child turned away from the body and raided the cupboards. Then she began to eat. She tore hungrily at the cold meat and the stale bread. Light shone through the window about halfway through her meal. " No..." She whimpered " No....you can search all you want...but you won't find me....you won't find me...."
