I can still hear
Your laughter echoing
Through the halls
I can still see your
Smile Floating before
My eyes
I can still remember
Your shining eyes
As you sat with your friends
But then it came
And now...
I can feel the room
Filling with grief
I can see the tears
In people's eyes
Because you left so
Quickly we can not
Say our goodbyes
This poem is dedicated to Edward Talbot. He died at the age of 12 from cancer and devistated the school we both attended. I hope you have found peace.
...why does it hurt so much?
