Parakeet Paranoia.
This morning was so fun. Gabee was in a good mood, and when we got to school, we were walking through the parking lot, and something caught my eye. I looked between to cars at a bunch of little blackbirds, and notice one isn't so black. He was sort of like that one awkward white guy who hangs out with all the black guys, and he doesn't really fit in, but he hasn't noticed yet. Anyways, I look at the little group of blackbirds, and there's a little blue one. Not like dark blue, he was baby blue. I scream "DUDE! It's a ******** PARAKEET!" and I take off after the cutie. My friend holds my stuff as I run around like a moron trying to catch the adorable little bird. At one point I literally got a foot away, and he waddled off. The way he walked was sooooooo cute. He had a sort of penguin walk going on, but I think he teetered even more than a penguin would. After maybe 5 or 6 minutes of this, we decided that it wasn't worth it, and it would just be easier to go buy one. But where's the fun in that?
