Bloodline: Kaguya-They have the a abnormal Blood Line limit which involved their bones. They have the ability to change their skeleton frame anyway they wish. They can increase the density and calcium to harden their bones to make them harder then steel.
Bio:He was raised in darkness in a small jail cell-like room becase people thought his blood line was too dangerous. He broke out when he was 7 and ran to the Leaf village.

Viper suffers from a illness which was not thoroughly explained. Taking a look at the facts, it could be considered a cancer-like disease since it effects his whole body and makes him sick. While he does suffer from an illness he still is strong enough to hold his own against most of the opponents which approach to fight him.
