..i dont really know where to start... i guess today i feel.. out of sorts. Like my mind has shut off and theres a 400lb solid steel weight on my chest. Like im sinking into myself and i cant handle it. It could be described as savier restlessness i guess... It feels like every breath i take is blowing up my lungs from the inside and the wight wont let me explode. My feet feel heavy and i cant feel my heartbeat... can find my pulse.. every muscle in me seems to be straining, trying to run away from my bones... that pritty much it...
