Have you ever been in an elevator with someone--
a total stranger maybe--
and thought what if i kissed you?

What if i ran my lips over
your five o'clock shadow?

What if you kissed back?

Would you run your hands over my hips,
up my back
and into my hair
(that is as always pulled back into
the severest of buns)

But then it happens.
*Ding*
and you know
*Ding*
that your floor
*ding*
has arrived.
*ding*

The fantasy is over.
The spell broken.

And all that is left
is the friendly good-bye
between you and the
attractive young man

you share an elevaor with
everyday.
