Certain expletives are being shouted The quad is so very crowded He falls to the floor, his opponent laughs The victim buffs himself up Takes a deep breath, and laughs. [With a touch of his torn lip, he braces] [As he looks around to see many shocked faces.] He hunches forward and takes a head run. You can tell, it wasn’t very fun. Seeing his head ram into his opponent’s central gut Now he’s wincing and hacking out blood.
That was just 5 seconds When the authorities ran in, The madness can never stop until we try. To run towards those lifelong dreams and goals till we die. But never do we walk down the street and say. I died today. But instead, your six feet under, and dreaming of what you would never do, Or see or touch, or ever eat too. To see them cry by watching from above. To see many die left and right Who didn’t have the chance to fight. The opposing team, they take up arms They siege against the beaten With machine guns, tanks, and nuclear bombs.
(It’s almost funny how such a tragedy, can happen in a matter of seconds [Can kill thousands and thousands in just one minute.]) To wish upon a star of peace Or so he promised us, after he preached. On false hopes we built our dreams, Just to lead other countries envious with green.
So I preach today, that such madness stops, That wars, prejudice, racism, and greed, all go away. As many people see the youth die young It’s not peaceful to see such a sight. It’s sad to say what’s become of us It’s sad to see what’s become of us It’s so hard to believe there’s not an ounce of truth, or love in a world this big
