PART 1!
As I was walking down the road to buy some sake, to drink away the pain of teaching 3 teenaged girls, I stopped to look to the forest. It was still there. Quickly I looked away, but I was pulled back by the memory. At that one spot, I lost my freedom. It was years ago, but the pain feels like it has only been seconds. Slowly I walked into the woods, remembering every step I took that horrorable night. All of it bled into my mind, and there was no stopping it.
It was years ago, I was still a genin, and still confused about life. We were at a party that someone through for the lucky genin. It was formal, and no one had ever seen me in a kimono. Boy was I scared! I remember the doors opening and all of my friends shocked that "little miss tomboy" would dare to wear a dress. It was almost too much for me, I turned to leave, but I felt a hand grab mine. "Yuki! You look very youthful tonight." I turned to see Gai giving me a thumbs up. "R-Really?" I blushed because Kakashi looked at me and nodded. A few minutes later they were having one of their rival battles, so I wondered off alone. I made my way to the snack table to get some punch. "Oh, please let me do that for you." a hand grabbed my cup and poured it. I was about to tell him that I could do it myself,but then I looked into his eyes. He seemed perfect. "Hello." he smiled. "Hi." I blushed. He handed me the glass. "Thanks..umm.." "Niles... and your name?" ."Yuki." I started to take a sip from my glass. "Would you like to take a walk with me, Yuki?" I froze. "Yeah sure.." slowly we walked out and I could hear someone say "Who's that with Yuki?" I smiled, this night can't get any better! I was right, it got worse. We made our way through the garden and talked. This guy was so polite! "You look lovely tonight." he said as he kissed my hand. We stopped near a bridge to stare at the water filled with reflections of the stars above. "Yuki, can I tell you some thing?" I nodded. "Well you are .... different from the other girls, when I'm around you... *sigh* time seems to stop." I froze , nobody was allowed to find out that I could stop time. "Maybe I should go." I turned , but his hand grabbed my shoulder and he spun me around to face him. "Yuki, what I'm asking.. Will you marry me?" My eyes grew wide. "But-But we're too young for marrige!" I tried to calm down. "Is that a no?" he seemed to be getting mad. "No, it's a I'M TOO YOUNG TO MARRY YOU!" I tried to pull away. He was very upset now,"You know that I wasn't asking permission. I get what I want, and now I want you." he fist started to glow with electricy, and he pounded it into the solid stone railing. "Please let go! " I tugged even harder. He sent a shock through my body, causing me to fall to the ground. I couldn't move, and could hardly breath. Slowly he picked up my hand and slid a ring on to my finger. He whispered "Don't run, I'll find you. Meet me tomorrow at dawn, and go ahead and tell your friends and family good bye.You won't be able to see them again." he nodded and walked away leaving me stunned. "What just happened? I'm going to get married to an insane person...." Quickly I ran back to the party , trying to hold back tears. Kakashi saw me first,"What's wrong?" . "Well I-" Gai come up from behide and hugged me."YUKI! Where did you go?" I shook my head. I couldn't tell them. "*sigh* I'm going away for awhile." . Kakashi gave me a stare that said he knew I was lieing. Gai looked confused,"How long?" I turned away. "How long is forever?" Quickly I ran, ran from the party, ran from my friends, ran from my old life, too scared to look back.
