in a field of yellow flowers.
i dream of home
in my mind that's different.
i feel nothing
in my world of numbness.
i sense destruction
in my rage.
i comedown
in ignorance.
i hear the pain
in people's hearts.
i fall short of unselfishness
in this time of need.
i smell the death
in this graveyard.
i see the bodies
in every house.
i look around
in disappointment.
i stand alone
in a field of yellow flowers.
