Man, I really need to learn to sleep sometime. This is getting really bad. Going to bed at 6:00AM and getting up at 2:00 or 3:00PM... whenever I can manage to drag myself out of bed... I don't know if it's particularly unhealthy, but I feel worn out. The problem is, I don't really feel any better going to bed early and getting up early. I think I may have some kind of sleep... problem.
Disease? Is it possible to have a sleeping disease?
My parents want me to go to a sleep lab, but I honestly don't think it would do any good. I have an impossible time getting to sleep in my own bed in a familiar environment... but in unfamiliar places I barely sleep at all. Hotels, my grandma's house, etc... I just toss and turn for a while before dozing sporadically. Hence why toward the end of vacations I tend to get VERY cranky. I've gone x amount of days with no sleep.
Eh.
Well, whatever. The hilarity of it all is that I'm too tired to care. Good stuff!
