IMPORTANT Information:

First. Gouhou direct translating becomes Lawful, that is why in the original Japanese Volumes, it may have been referred to as Lawful Drug. The changing of names was already talked over with Tokyo Pop and CLAMP, which they changed to Legal Drug.
Second. Gouhou Drug is not completely stopped. Or at least CLAMP is not wishing it to be. Please stop spreading silly rumours. And also talking about rumours, X/1999 or just X has not been stopped also. However the X two new art books will be posponed till around 11/24th.
Third. There is a scanslation site called Remedy, however, due to the liscensing by TokyoPop, the scans were brought down. For more information on Gouhou/Legal/Lawful Drug, click the following link. The first post talks about the rumours by some people about the temprarily stopping of Gouhou/Legal/Lawful Drug. Thankyou.

If you want more information, I can try looking it up on the OFFICIAL CLAMP homepage and translate some things for you. But just as a reminder, I'm a really lazy person and may not always do the work for you.
