***I*M*P*O*R*T*A*N*T***PRICES:
Amphithere:
The largest of the dragons, this robust, winged snake is designed to swoop down from it's lofty perches in the clouds and snatch animals as large as a male buffalo from the earth. They use their limber tails to constrict and smother their prey while flying, or while landed. On the ground they fold their feathery wings and slither easily upon the ground. These dragons live in the largest trees of the jungle, often gathering branches to build a sheltered cave-like nest in the high reaches of the trees.

American Amphithere:
These relatives of the regular Amphithere are slightly smaller, and sport bat wings like most other species, unlike their larger cousins. These Amphitheres thrive in the same terrain as the regular Amphitheres, but they can also survive easily in craggy mountain terrain, keeping warm automatically with natural heat and a thick ruff of long feathers. They hunt buffalo and deer, but also will gladly purue mountain goats and poultry.

Wyvern:
These dragons generally have the widest wingspans, even though they tend to also hunt prey, such as deer, by foot. They have quick, viper like abilities to snap at prey with their flexible necks. They are often the most feared of the dragons, because of the stiff ridges along their spines, but they tend to be outgoing. They sleep in protected caverns that range along the mountains, although they prefer caves that are halfway between the low foothills and the icy peaks.

Frost Dragon:
The Frost dragon is the stockiest of them all, and can support or carry many heavy objects. During the day they often fly down to the lush plain below, where they hunt young buffalo, deer, and other medium sized prey. At night, these dragons return to the frozen caves at the top of the mountains, where they curl themselves comfortably together. They tend to sleep in communities or families, younglings staying in their parents caves until they find mates, and then finding a cave of their own.

European Dragon:
Once the most commonly found dragon, these dragons have been driven almost to extinction by harsh conditions. Now they make their homes in the lower mountain caves, with easy access to the medium small prey, such as smaller deer, wild goats, and small wild horses. These dragons sometimes create rare jewels, which form on their scales, affording extra protection.

Lindworm:
This dragon is only larger than the Knucker because of it's length.The male has much more prominent horns, and a larger head frill. Both genders have small legs near the front of their bodies, but the lack on long legs has never hindered this species's progress. These dragons hunt on the open plain, coiling and hiding in shallow caves, or, during the hottest seasons, in scratched out depressions in sandy or dirty patches near the river. They swim as easily as any snake, and they move just as swiftly as any small horse, their largest prey, can run. They have viper like abilities to snap instantly, and constrictor like abilities to crush their prey, although they are no match for the Amphithere.

Knucker:
By far the smallest of the dragons, these swamp going creatures hunt much smaller prey than the others, often snaring rabbits, birds, mice, frogs, and anything else they can find. They use a special venom in their breath to instantly slay their prey, which does not affect the other dragons or the lush plant growth of the vale. These dragons live in muddy nest caves at the edge of the swamp, which they form using thin branches from the jungle and grass like vegetation from the plains. Even though they do live in the swamp, these dragons prefer to stay clean, their burrows lined with dry grass. One can often find them grooming themselves in their free time, a process much aided by their slippery scales.

Post 7: Raffle & Auction

Good Stuff to Know about Breeding:

1. RP your dragons' union *nothing decidedly inapropriate*, or they will not get their eggs!
2. Same sex breedings? YES! I wholeheartedly support all unions, unless it's between me and a tomato! In fact, every girl should have a gay friend. I've got mine, where's yours?
3. How many eggs? 2-4
4. And if no one ever wants to breed with my dragon...? We'll talk about that when it happens.
5. Multi-Species breedings? Yes! Amphitheres can breed with Frost Dragons, and Wyverns can breed with Knuckers. Mis-matched is fine, but be warned, the eggs will not be mutant Amphrosts, or Wyckers, they will be either one or the other.
6. No, your eggs cannot breed. Your chicks cannot breed. Only your adults dragons can breed.

1. Check for open breeding slots.
2. Post order form.
3. I will place your adult dragon in this post.
4. Wait for someone else who comes by and wants to breed with your dragon.
5. Hopefully someone will decide to breed soon.
6. When two dragons decide to breed, they MUST roleplay the relationship prior to the breeding, or I will not give them their eggs.
7. Cost of breeding must be split evenly between the parents.

***If someone wants to place their dragon in the breeding post, and there is already a dragon there, they may choose not to breed with the waiting dragon. Their dragon will simply be placed in the breeding post in another breeding slot.***
